  • Yes, science says so! Emphatically and definitely! 🙂 There have been a lot of different research programmes, where incredibly objective analyses show that this type of therapy reallys work well. To make sure it works as well as it can for you, you do need to do it every day, and you might need advice and support. To get that, book in time with me, Einir, or another therapist here. You can see a link to book to me on this page, or email Simon on info@chillsville.co.uk. .

  • It’s a three month long course. On this page, you’ll see part one, which is a the free video course, which you must watch, and your first Instant Sessions, which are the self-guided therapy sessions you’ll mainly be doing.
    But, and this is important, the course is managed by sending you emails and WhatsApp. This is because it’s just much handier for you. So, you need to sign up to keep that going!

  • The Hot Flush Fix taps into your deep emotional side, which is effectively your ancient animal side, alongside your amazing imagination and modern human mind. The amazing thing is does is allows you to actually change your body, by imagining a better future. Sounds a bit whacky? Check out the free video course above.

  • Yes, if you get in early, you can do the course for free.
    But this is really limited, because it’s a new thing I am testing out.
    In a few months I might start to charge for it, I am not sure exactly how much right now.
    The therapy itself isn’t new, it’s absolutely amazing, but putting it on the website is a new thing and I want to be cautious.
    If you don’t get on the course, and you want my time personally, I am starting off with some free 15 minute calls and then from that point you can book my time in for premium sessions. My advice would be to check in with me if you can one way or the other, it can really help.

  • First thing is to watch the free videos I have put up, and also look at the free video course Simon made called ‘Understand Yourself’ you can see linked at the top.
    If I were you, I’d seriously consider booking a call with me to have a nice chat, and 100% sign up to the emails to get free therapy from people just like you in the future.

  • Well I can’t tell you about everything, but I can generalise how amazing this is by comparing it to things I know about.
    Chillsville vs. other normal therapy (such as speaking to your local therapist and online tools like Betterhelp): these generally cost at least £60/week. Chillsville is currently free, and will soon have a subscription which will be more like a couple of couple of coffee a month in cost. You can also speak to our therapists if you want too, and we do recommend that, if only once or twice.
    Menopause herbal supplements: well, as we point out in our scientific review, the ones we’ve looked at simply don’t work. In reality it’s very hard to take any herbs or spices and have them really do much to your system, as most of them generally get chewed up in your tummy by all the acid in there. There might be some that do something, but from what we know, many are just money-making schemes with no actual scientific support.
    HRT and other hormonal drugs: of course these will work for many people. What amazed us in our research is that Chillsville style therapy can actually work better! The brilliant thing about Chillsville is that because it is drug-free, it’s fine to have alongside any medicines or whatever with no problems at all.
    And of course there is the utterly amazing thing about Chillsville which is that it covers so much more than menopause.   • If you are wondering (I would be myself!!), about what is in the emails, let me reassure you. There is no marketing email stuff – all emails are just around therapy content and what is next in the course. You smart ladies will have signed up on WhatsApp, and you’ll get a one line reminder most days as the course starts and then less and less as you get into the swing of it.
    If you are email only, an absolute max of one short email a week reminding you what to do.
    The email is purely to remind you about your commitments to yourself and your wellbeing.
    Of course, when I start charging for this, in the future, there will some promotions to try and get the thing going, but very little. And only ever part of the therapy emails. So rest assured, no spam or annoying ‘newsletters’ ever.
    So … how can I put this, I do everything in a way that I would want to get it myself, so the minimum, and only the most useful and positive, uplifting content.
